Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and/or Bids

The Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission (“HCPHC”) is seeking proposals from qualified companies interested preparing an “Environmental Compliance Self-Assessment & Management Plan” for the HCPHC’s regulated activities at its Port Bienville maritime port & industrial park and related short line railroad and its Stennis International Airport and related airpark in Hancock County, MS.  The purpose of the study will be to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations and develop an overall environmental management plan and compliance schedule to aid management and the Commission in providing appropriate oversight of current activities.  It is also desired that such a study will help inform Master Plan revisions to both the Port and Airport Master Plans that are beginning in early FY 2018 and for the Professional Services firm that successfully provides the work to act as part of a consultative team to assist with that effort.
