Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission owns and operates the David N. McDonald Business Center in Port Bienville Industrial Park to support local industry needs and workforce training events. The 9,277 square foot facility can easily accomodate seminars, hands-on training programs, and office space needs.

Directions

The David N. McDonald Business Center is located at 3060 Port and Harbor Drive in Port Bienville Industrial Complex.  Attendees should proceed through the north guard gate.  The Business Center is the first building you come to on the right.  It is just past a large plot of tree-covered land.

From I-10 (Exit 2) and Hwy 607 Interchange

These are the driving directions from the intersection of I-10 (Exit 2) and Hwy 607.  It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Port Bienville from this intersection.

Take Exit 2 off of I-10 and then turn left to proceed east on Highway 607 for approximately 5 miles.   Turn right onto Old Highway 90 west to New Orleans.   Once you’ve turned, proceed 4.2 miles to Lower Bay Road and take a left.  A land mark on Old Highway 90, to look for, is the Port Bienville billboard. Proceed on Lower Bay Road for 2.8 miles to the north entrance to the park, which is clearly marked. Travel approximately 0.2 miles to David N. McDonald Business Center on the right.

From the intersection of Highway 90 and Waveland Avenue in Waveland

These are the driving directions from the intersection of Hwy 90 and Waveland Avenue in Waveland.  It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Port Bienville from this intersection.

Proceed west on Highway 90 for 6.2 miles.   Highway 90 takes a turn to the left at this point (and Highway 607 continues on the straight away to I-10).  Watch for the signs and get into the left turning lane.  There is a small green highway sign announcing the Port Bienville turn, turn left.  Once you’ve turned, proceed 4.2 miles to Lower Bay Road. Take a left onto Lower Bay Road, a land mark on Old Highway 90, to look for, is the Port Bienville billboard. Proceed on Lower Bay Road for 2.8 miles to the north entrance to the park, which is clearly marked. Travel approximately 0.2 miles to David N. McDonald Business Center on the right.
